Return & Refund Policy – Canvas Wall Art Products

We want you to have a great experience with your purchase. Please review the return and refund guidelines below:

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
  • Requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
  • The product must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized or personalized canvas prints.
  • Items purchased during clearance or special sales (unless damaged/defective).
  • Minor color variations due to screen differences are not considered defects.

3. Return Process

  • Send an email to Vardaandecor@gmail.com with:
  • Order details
  • Clear photos/videos of the issue
  • After verification, return instructions will be shared.
  • Do not ship the item back without approval.

4. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed only after the returned item is received and inspected.
  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the issue is from our side.

5. Replacement Option

  • If eligible, a replacement will be offered instead of a refund, based on availability.

6. Damaged in Transit

  • If the product arrives damaged, report within 48 hours with proper proof.
  • Claims made after this period may not be accepted.

7. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement.
  • Once processed or shipped, cancellation is not possible.
